Set within eight acres of parks and gardens, surrounded by world-class retail, entertainment, education, and culture. White City Living is in the heart of west London encompassing over 2,500 new homes.
This project appointment was unique and unprecedented for both St James, Stanmore and GBA in that it was made only a matter of days before the first pandemic restrictions, and then lockdowns, began.
GBA and Stanmore contractors worked tirelessly to overcome the many subsequent challenges to deliver a beautiful facade encompassing 7300m2 of GRC cladding- all of which was delivered on time and on budget.
